Shipping policy

Orders from Butterfly Scape (aquarium, terrarium, reptile, pond products) and The Butterfly Life (merch, calendars, personalized items) ship separately because they come from different warehouses.

You will always receive two shipments if you order from both brands in the same checkout. Two tracking numbers, two delivery timelines — no mixing boxes.

Butterfly Scape items are disinfected, dried, and packaged safely before shipping.
The Butterfly Life merch and personalized items are made to order and may require additional production time.

Shipping rates are calculated per warehouse based on weight, size, and destination.

Delivery times depend on the carrier. Once it leaves the warehouse, it’s in their hands.

The Butterfly Life & Butterfly Scape are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or “my mailman didn’t scan it.”
